What agents can trust

Public passport data is deliberately redacted: agents see verification level, service categories, trust score, status, and warranty eligibility. Private documents stay private.

Provider badge subscription

V1 monetises through provider trust badges, starting with GeraHome providers and expanding to every services marketplace in the portfolio.

Apply for a Services Passport

Create your verified-provider account to start the application. After your account is created you set up payouts; a Gera operator then reviews your details and issues your Passport. GeraHome providers are the first supported group.

Your account works across all Gera products. By applying you agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Quick answers

What is a Gera Services Passport?
A verified, public trust profile for service providers — your identity, qualifications, warranty record, and ratings, all signed by Gera and machine-readable.
Who can get a Passport?
Any service provider listed on a Gera product (GeraHome, GeraClinic, GeraJobs employers, etc.). Standalone applications are accepted for providers operating outside the platform.
What does verification involve?
ID document plus selfie verification, qualification or licence checks against the relevant register (e.g. medical board, trade body), and where applicable proof of insurance. We re-verify periodically and on category change.
How do AI agents use the Passport?
Agents booking on behalf of users read the JSON-LD endpoint to verify a provider before committing — a key signal for high-trust agentic commerce.

How to get your Passport

  1. 1

    Apply for verification

Submit your ID, qualifications, and any required licences. Gera runs the checks against trusted registers.

  2. 2

    Display your badge

On approval, your Passport URL becomes live. Embed the badge on your own site or share the link in proposals.

  3. 3

    Maintain trust

Ratings, warranty performance, and recency keep the badge live and accurate. Lapsed credentials are flagged automatically.
